INGREDIENTS

• 1 large ripe banana, frozen
• 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
• Toppings: sliced fresh fruits (such as berries, kiwi, or banana), granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and a drizzle of maple syrup

HOW TO MAKE IT
