• 2 slices of whole-grain bread
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish)


1) Toast the slices of bread to your desired level of crispness.
