INGREDIENTS

• 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 can (14 ounces) full-fat coconut milk, chilled
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Optional toppings: shredded coconut, fresh mango slices, or mint leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT

1) In a blender, combine the ripe mangoes, chilled coconut milk, maple syrup or agave nectar, and vanilla extract.

2) Blend until smooth and creamy.

3) Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

4) Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.

5) Scoop the Coconut Mango Nice Cream into bowls or cones and garnish with shredded coconut, fresh mango slices, or mint leaves for a tropical touch.
