• 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
• Pinch of salt


1) Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone cupcake liners.

2) In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dairy-free dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth.

3) Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner, spreading it to cover the bottom.

4) In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup or agave nectar, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

5) Place a small scoop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each liner, pressing it down gently.

6) Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, ensuring it covers the peanut butter completely.

7) Tap the muffin tin gently on the counter to smooth the chocolate and remove any air bubbles.

8) Place the tin in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has fully hardened.

9) Once the Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups are firm, remove them from the muffin tin and peel off the cupcake liners.

10) Store the cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
